Property Advert is a tool for you, the Private Property Buyer or Seller, to buy or sell property without paying Estate Agent commission. The website also caters for Property Rentals. We do not get involved in the property deal but only supply the website as an advertising media for property sales and rentals. Sellers and Lessors list their properties on the website for a monthly listing fee. A prospective buyer or lessee will contact the advertiser directly and negotiate the deal.
This site is also available to Property Developers and Builders who wish to sell directly to the public.

  • Built-in photo management -- upload photos via a browser. If photos are not uploaded for a property listing, a default "photo not available" image will be automatically displayed. Seven photos per listing allowed.
  • Keep your property listing updated -- no special skills required to add, delete or modify listings.
  • Secure -- no one but the site Administrator or owner of the listing can modify, delete or add listings.
  • Properties can be searched by Property type within Country, Province, City and Suburb (Postal Code).
  • Showcase specific properties -- built-in featured listing management allows custom placement and arrangement of special properties.
  • Flexible search -- Browse properties according to a definable criteria.
  • Buyers can specify their requirements -- e-mail notifications will be sent to you once listings meeting those requirements are loaded.
  • Buyers can list properties they are interested in under their own "Favorites" for future reference.
  • Search Criteria -- Buyers can save their search criteria, making it easier for future property searchers.

You are free to browse the website and contact a Seller for a specific property.
Sellers need to register using "Owner Register" on the left, before a listing can be loaded.
Buyers need to register using "Member Signup" on the left, before their requirements can be loaded.
